Cheese Ball

2 1/2 packages cream cheese
2 TBSP crumbled blue cheese
1 Jar of Old English
2 TBSP green onions
1 TBSP Worsteshire Sauce
1 TBSP Accent
1 tsp. sugar
Chopped up pecans

First off, if you're like me, I hate hate hate blue cheese, but don't let the small amount in this recipe scare you. You can't even tell. Trust me, I wouldn't eat it if I could taste it!

Soften cream cheese. In a medium mixing bowl add together 2 packages of cream cheese, Old English, green onions, worsteshire sauce, Accent (this is a spice, found in the spice isle, it is it's own brand), and sugar. Mix together with hand mixer. In a seperate bowl add the remaining 1/2 package cream cheese and the crumbled blue cheese. Mix together until farely smooth. Add the blue cheese mixture to the main mixture. Refridgerate a few hours so that it becomes firm enough to roll into balls. Roll into balls and coat outside with chopped up pecans. Again refridgerate. Eat with crackers or triscuits. Enjoy!
