BBQ Pork Ribs

1 rack pork ribs
1 bottle bbq sauce (we love Tony Roma's Carolina Honey)
Salt, pepper, garlic pepper

Thaw the rack of ribs. To make the rub mix some salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Rub all over the ribs. Place ribs on foil covered cookie sheet and also cover with foil and cook on 250 degrees for 2 hours. Pull ribs out and brush with bbq sauce (be sure not to use all of the bbq sauce, you will use more later.) Re-cover and cook for another 2 hours. Check to make sure they aren't pink in the middle before pulling out of the oven. When the ribs are done, cut them up and put them in a bowl. Pour some more bbq sauce over them and toss to cover the ribs with the bbq sauce.
These are SUPER easy and SUPER yummy! Thanks Jen, for the yummy recipe! :)
