French Dip

Roast beef deli style meat
Hoagie buns
Au Jus mix packets
Onions (optional)
Peppers (optional)
Swiss or provolone cheese (optional)
This meal is so quick and easy! First make the au jus sauce following the directions on the packet. (You will probably need a couple packets.) When that has come to a boil, reduce the heat and put the roast beef into the sauce while still on the stove. (This heats the meat through w/out drying it out in the microwave.) While the meat is heating, butter the hoagie buns and toast them. (We do this on our flat grill.) Now you just add meat to the buns and dip them in the au jus! We usually make fries with these, it goes along great with the sandwhiches! Also you can add sauted onions, mushrooms, peppers, and even cheese if you like! Makes for a tasty meal! Enjoy!
