Oven Baked Stew

In a plastic bag combine:
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 to 1/2 lbs stew meat in bite size pieces

Placed seasoned meat in an oven safe baking dish. On top of the meat add 3 medium potatoes cut into bite size pieces, 1 onion cut up, and 4 large cooking carrots cut into bite size pieces.
Combine and pour over meat and veggies (sounds weird but it's good):
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup ketchup

Cover and bake for 2 hours on 325 degrees. Optional: garnish with parsley.
