Creamy Red Pepper Rigatoni with Chicken



2 thawed chicken breasts, cut in slices
1 red pepper diced
1/4 cup oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar marinara sauce (I used Classico's 4 cheese)
1 jar alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
salt and pepper
1 lb rigatoni noodles

Cook noodles. In the meantime, heat oil and saute the red peppers, garlic and salt and pepper until the peppers are cooked. Add the strips of chicken and cook until they are about done. Add in the 2 jars of sauce and heat through. When sauce mixture is heated add it to the rigatoni in a large bowl and stir until mixed. You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes over top. You can even add some red pepper flakes to the red pepper and garlic and saute that together for a little spice.
