Easy Pork Chops

Pork chops
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 TBSP butter
4 TBSP flour
Seasoning Salt

Heat the oil until hot, add the butter and melt. Salt and pepper the pork chops on both sides. Mix the flour, seasoning salt, and pepper. Cover both sides of the pork chops with flour mixture and place in the pan. Cook on the first side until the sides start to become golden brown. Flip over and cook until pork is cooked all the way through. These are good with baked potatoes. Enjoy!
