Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta

2 chicken breasts, thawed and cubed

1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1 packet ranch dressing mix
6 slices of bacon
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta noodles. In the meantime cook bacon in a skillet. When it is crispy, remove and dab with paper towel. Cut in to small pieces. Empty skillet of bacon grease, leaving 1 TBSP in the skillet. Add the butter and chicken. Salt and pepper the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Sprinkle the ranch packet and flour over the chicken and mix until chicken in coated evenly. Next add the milk. Simmer until it starts to thicken. Once it has thickened add the cheese and most of the bacon. (Leaving some bacon to sprinkle on top when served.) Pour pasta noodles in to a large bowl and then stir in the sauce. Mix until pasta is coated evenly. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and serve! Enjoy!
