1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 TBSP. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 TBSP. butter, melted
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a medium bowl. Next add the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Stir with a whisk until mixed. Cook on both sides until golden brown. These pair great with the homemade buttermilk syrup. Found HERE. This recipe only makes 4-6 pancakes, double if you want a bigger batch. Enjoy!
