2 jalapeno chiles
2 ripe large avocados
2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion chopped (1/2 cup)
Tortilla chips (if desired)

1. Remove stems, seeds, and membranes from chiles; chop chiles. Cut avocados length-wise in half; remove pit and peel. Mash avocados.

Hey Linds, that's awesome you got this blog too! Oh my word, I will have to copy lots of your recipes! I'm so thankful you decided to write your recipes on a blog; there are TONS of American food I love but don't have their recipes or don't know how to prepare. Now I see it's not a problem anymore! :)
